WHEN The Introductory Flight Lesson Over Sedona Experience is offered seven days a week, year-round, subject to availability. Flights are typically scheduled between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
DURATION The Introductory Flight Lesson Over Sedona Experience includes a 1 hour ground lesson, a flight time of approximately 2 hours and a total experience time of approximately 4 hours.
GUESTS You may invite one guest to join you on your flight.
WEATHER The Introductory Flight Lesson Over Sedona may be rescheduled by the Instructor due to severe weather such as high winds, fog or rain.
WHAT TO WEAR Dress comfortably, layers and flat rubber-soled athletic shoes are recommended for this aerial adventure.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Participants may not exceed 250lbs. Individuals who are pregnant, have broken bones or other physical conditions which are considered by the Instructor to be unsafe conditions are not eligible to participate.
All Pilots are Certified Flight Instructors and are accident and incident free; the company has a 100% safety record.
Participants are required to show a valid form of ID and they will be required to sign a Liability Release Form. If the participant is under the age of 18, a parent or guardian will need to sign the form prior to participation.
Students are able to log the flight time toward their pilot certificate.
CANCELLATION POLICY All changes to reservations for the Introductory Flight Lesson Over Sedona Experience require seven (7) days advance notice.
Xperience Certificates® cannot be exchanged once a reservation for the experience has been made.
