Classes are held at Jomart Chocolates in Brooklyn, New York and are taught by Michael Rogak, a third generation chocolatier. Founded in 1946, JoMart Chocolates has been featured on The Food Network, in the Zagat New York City Marketplace Guide, on WOR Radio and in The New York Times.

Individuals allergic to nuts should not participate.

All participants must be vaccinated against COVID-19.

We had a great time. Michael and Rose spent a lot of time with us and we learned a lot. Oh, we ate a lot of chocolate too!! The mixture of different tastes was marvelous. Had a Great Experience

Michael and his staff were wonderful. Learned the history of chocolae including a taste test of different chocolate from different regions. We then learned how to temper chocolate and used it to dip fruit and prezzles. From there we made a variety of different filled chocolates as well as truffles. It was a lot of fun!
