What To Know Before You Go

The Yoga Tour will include a number of stops around Central Park where you'll take part in a series of yoga poses and stretches and discuss points of interest. Your guide will have a camera on them to take pictures of the experience.

Bag storage is not provided but tour Guides will be wearing backpacks and are happy to carry small items such as phones and house keys.

Participants must be 16 years or older and will need to sign a Participation Agreement prior to taking part.

Gratuities for the Guide are not included but are greatly appreciated and may be offered at the end of the event.

I was give a Sunrise Yoga session for my 30th birthday in Central Park. The tour guide, Q, was so welcoming and bubbly which got us off to a great start. She explained clearly what the tour would involve and we were on our way! Q was very knowledgeable of Central Park and Yoga which made the experience very engaging. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and would highly recommend it to anyone. The other gentleman with us took some fantastic photos and shared them on Instagram. Thanks for a great morning!
