With everything from boutique microbreweries to some of the biggest names in beer, and a brewery or taproom on practically every corner, it’s a beer lover’s paradise. Board the Beermobile and head to the Western ‘burbs, for a three-hour drinking adventure. Kick back in the informal tasting room at Noon Whistle Brewing, and sample its quaffable session beers, including their popular Gummy series and Cosmo. Alter Brewing is next on the menu. Learn about the brewing process from their passionate staff and sip some of their foundational beer styles from the 12 rotating taps before heading to our last stop, Whiskey Hill Brewery. This lively beer hub was founded by master brewer Eric Flores and knocks out a wide variety of beers using both traditional and barrel aging processes. Eric will share some of his impressive knowledge during our visit and offer you a selection of hand-picked brews to sup. Cheers!
