The San Francisco Food Tours are offered seven days a week year-round, subject to availability. Tours take place at 10:30 AM and 2:30 PM Sunday through Friday and at 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM on Saturdays.

The Chinatown & North Beach Food Walking Tour tours are approximately 4 hours in length, the Chinatown Food Walking Tours and the North Beach San Francisco Food Tours are 3 hours in length.

Price include food and drink tastings a 8 or 9 restaurants. Tours typically include 7 or 8 blocks of walking on flat terrain at a leisurely pace. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied with an adult 18 years of age or older

Brilliant tour guide and delicious chocolate!

As other reviewers have said, it's the tour guide who really makes the tour successful. He was wonderful, he shared so much knowledge about the city of San Francisco as we walked around. You get a lot for your money on this tour and it was definitely a worthwhile, fun experience. I will be recommending this tour to my friends and family for when they visit SF.

San Francisco Chinatown Culinary Tour

We had an amazing experience on our China Town Culinary Tour through San Francisco. I bought 4 tickets for my husband's birthday, and we brought my parents with us who were from out of town. We learned so much about the culture, and were able to try all different types of Chinese cuisine. My favorite part of the tour was visiting the Budhist temple. What a great experience!! I highly recommend this for anyone wanting to have a great tour of the city, and experience a different culture.

Chinatown Food Tour

Awesome Food Tour of Chinatown, our guide was extremely knowledgeable and kept us interested the entire time. As native New Yorkers, we were excited to learn about a part of NYC which we have been to many times over. The tour took us to some excellent restaurants to eat some really delicious food. We were both amazed at the history and stories that are hidden in Chinatown, and we were excited to take part in this learning experience. The food is great and you definitely need to come hungry because the food keeps coming. The dim sum dumplings were perfect, peking duck was to die for and the Vietnamese Pho was awesome. We highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting from out of town, and we especially recommend this tour to anyone who is born and raised here, because you will definitely learn a thing or two here. We were the only locals in a group of about 12, and they were all very friendly and happy to have us there!! 5 stars!!

A wonderful day in the city

Our tour was amazing. Our guide Lisa was so knowledgeable about the various regions of China and how the food came to America. So we had a history lesson as well, which I was impressed by. I was surprised how much there was to eat!!! We had a great walking tour around the area as well as sitting down at the various restaurants. All around the perfect tour guide. I would recommend this tour very highly. Even if you live in the area you will not be disappointed!!!

Fun and Entertaining Food Tour

My sister was visiting from the east coast. We had toured San Francisco several times in the past and were looking for something a little different. This was the perfect solution. The tour was informative both in terms of SF history and also culinery traditions. We stopped at 6-8 establishments and were given generous samples. The tour was about 3 hours. I recently had knee surgery and was afraid that I would not be able to do all the walking, but the area is relatively flat and there were plenty of opportunities to sit or lean. I would recommend this tour all ages, except very young children.

Our initial response was one of frustration and disappointment. We were looking forward to the China Town culinary tour and were at the designated spot to meet for the tour - 30 minutes early. No one showed up and we wondered if the entire deal was a scam? 5 minutes after the tour was to start I received a phone call on my cell saying that they were waiting for us at the North Beach Tour - I checked our confirmations and we were definetely on the China Town tour at the correct location, date, and time. Some mix up on the companies part. We were able to catch a cab and join the North Beach tour - after all this - I must say the North Beach Culinary Tour was fantastic and we really enjoyed it. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

We met at Washington Square and enjoyed the walk around San Francisco's Little Italy with a historic commentary from our tour guide Rosie. She was great and meeting with other couples on their anniversary too was cool. My favorite was the foccacio place somewhere - I would have never went into but is the best in San Francisco and the trouffles place was a treat. My wife & I are definitely going back. Lots of pictures:)
