The host Sally was wonderful, educated and well versed in many areas of food preparation, gardening, herbs, spices, etc. Her home and gardens are lovely and everyone had plenty of room to participate in the hands-on-cooking. The food was amazing!!! I consider myself a really good cook and I learned a few things!! There were some participants that were quite novices and they felt they were able to make these recipes on their own. Belasina (sorry if I am incorrect in spelling her name)is a co-producer of the class, Italian born, taught by her mother's hand,and was absolutely lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed our day. A MUST!
