Overall great evening. We ordered a bottle of wine and probably waited 25 minutes before receiving. Our friends were on their 2nd drink. The mahi-mahi was slightly dry. Desserts good. Wait staff friendly.

Best bang for your buck on HHI. Captain Chuck and his mates rock! When we got to open water you are allowed to take the wheel! Captain Chuck is next to you so everyone is safe. After a while Cap't Chuck takes the wheel and gets a full sail of wind and shows us what it can do. GREAT experience.

I sailed for many years, not very competitive but always had a ball. The America's Cup is one of the greatest sagas in sports, beginning when the schooner yacht America won in 1851 and brought the Auld Mug home from England.

Dennis Conner won the cup back from the Aussies in 1987 with the last of the great 12-meter boats, Stars and Stripes, and this was one of the several he campaigned with. We had a great time on a beautiful day and I was delighted to take the helm for much of the time we were out.
Kodalux (Kodak's processing lab at one time) had been one of the sponsors of the 1987 campaign and I dug out the crew polo shirt I had from then, plus my Stars & Stripes cap so was truly outfitted for the experience. What a great day and it made for many great photos!

For a while now I’ve been wanting to get some hands on experience being in the cockpit of a plane and behind the controls, and it definitely did not disappoint. I got to go through the basics of flying a Cessna with my amazing instructor Carrie and had the time of my life. He was very clear and easy to understand with his instructions and was able to calm any nerves I had. If you are someone who has been wanting to take that first step and get some hands on experience with a plane, I say it’s a must to come see Carrie and go up in the sky with him!
