What To Know Before You Go

Participation in the Scenic Flight Tour Over The Twin Cities is limited to individuals weighing less than 200lbs. Individuals, who are pregnant, have broken bones or other physical conditions which are considered unsafe conditions are not eligible to participate.

All participants must have a valid photo ID (passport or driving license). Participants are required to sign a Liability Release Form.

Questions about Twin Cities Scenic Flight

Question: Do they instruct you on to how to fly for 20 mins like the Fly a plane in the twins cities?

Answer: No, hands on instuction is not provided during the Scenic Flight Tour Over The Twin Cities.
Question: I'd like to surprise my girlfriend with the scenic flight tour over the Twin Cities. Can we customize the route?

Answer: The flight is customization. You will be able speak with the pilot before the tour to discuss your interested.
Question: I noticed the weight limit for both passengers is 400lbs. I think we're a little bit over. How strict is the weight limit.

Answer: The weight limit is set by the FAA for the aircraft for safety reasons and they are very strict about it. If it is questionable they may weigh you and you will be turned away if you are over the limit.
Question: I'm not sure which airport the recipient would like to fly out of. Do I have to pick when I purchase the certificate?

Answer: The certificate is valid for both Eden Prairie and Crystal Airports. The recipient will choose the location upon redemption of a certificate.
