What To Know Before You Go

Your flight will take place on the Robinson R44. All participants must have a valid photo ID (passport or driving license). The maximum weight for participants may not exceed 280 lbs and the maximum combined total weight of the participants may not exceed 560 lbs. Individuals who are pregnant, have broken bones or other physical conditions which are considered unsafe conditions are not eligible to participate.

All pilots are accident and incident free.

Great Helicopter Tour

I'd have liked more flexibility with scheduling. 7 days is a long time to not be able to reschedule something as weather-dependent as a scenic helicopter ride. The ride itself was great. The instructions made it easy to find the office, the pilot was friendly and it was a great experience overall.

A very fun 20 minute tour. Wish it had been longer! I'd never been in a helicopter before so that was part of the fun. Tour was focused on typical tourist attractions and lay-of-the-land. Perhaps an expanded patter would be good for people like me who've lived in Seattle for 40 years!

My husband and I were lucky enough to receive this tour as a gift. The entire experience was truly amazing. I had never ridden in a helicopter before so I was nervous but the ride was so smooth and the views were amazing. AWESOME

We purchased this for ourselves and 2 friends. This was 1 of the most awesome experiences ever!!! I'm still thinking about it. We got to see Seattle in a whole new way we could see little neighborhoods we didnt know were there. :) We got to see a giraffe from our ride and the space needle. I will totally recommend this to everyone! BTW my friend is 6'6 and he fit just fine in the front seat.

Question: If I choose the option to extend the flight for 40 minutes, does that mean that I will get exactly 40 minutes of flying time or will I get and extra 40 minutes of flying time (60 minutes total)?

Answer: The total flight time for The Seattle Helicopter Tour is 20 minutes unless the extended flight option is selected. If you choose the 40 minute option, you will get 20 additional minutes in the air for a total of 40 minutes in the air.
Question: I would like to inquire about a helicopter tour of Seattle. Is there an age limit?

Answer: There is not an age limit, but adults must accompany minors on the tour.
Question: I have 2 grandsons (3 & 5). I would like to purchase a gift for their birthdays. There would be 4 people, including mom & dad. Is this possible and what would the cost be for all 4?
