The Florida Sightseeing Cruises are offered Tuesday thru Sunday evenings year-round, subject to availability.

Afternoon Cruises run Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday and typically board at 11:30 AM and depart at 12:00.
Sunday Music Cruises typically Board at 12 and departs at 12:30.
Evening Cruises typically board at 6:30 PM, depart at 7:00 PM and return at 10:00 PM Tuesday thru Saturday and board at 5:30 PM and depart at 6:00 PM on Sundays.

How Long Is The Tampa Sightseeing Cruise

The Luxury Sightseeing Evening Cruises have a sail time of approximately 2½ to 3 hours. Afternoon Sightseeing Cruises have a sail time of approximately 1½ to 2 hours and the Daytime Music Cruises have a sail time of approximately 2 to 2½.

Does Weather Impact City Tour Experiences

The Sightseeing Cruise In Tampa may be rescheduled by the Captain or the Coast Guard if there is severe weather.

What to Wear for City Tour Experiences

For Daytime Cruises Florida casual attire is recommended, and for Evening Cruises resort casual to dressy casual attire is recommended. You will want to bring along a light jacket or wrap as it may get a bit breezy on the outer decks. Tank tops, swim suits, or swim cover-ups are not permitted.

Cruises in St. Petersburg take place on the StarLite Sapphire Yacht, a 113-foot stylish vessel. Cruises in Clearwater Beach take place on the StarLite Majesty Dining Yacht, a 115-foot elegant three deck vessel.

Lovely Cruise

The ship was exceptionally clean. Our waiter was very attentive. The food was absolutely delicious. We had filet mignon, and it was cooked to perfection. It was just a lovely, lovely evening.

Cruise In Tampa

Cruise- The cruise itself was very relaxing, nice views. I do however wish we would have went when the weather was nicer. The weather was pretty windy and cold so we only went outside for a minute.

Food- The food was awesome. The salads were good, although not really my type (a little sweet for my taste.) I had the steak which was great, perfectly spiced and temperature was exactly what i had expected. My boyfriend had the tilapia which he also said was very good. while the food wasn't particularly hot, was more like warm. It was very good and that is definitely forgiven due to the great taste and sheer amount of people there. The dessert was cheesecake which was also nice (this is from a person whos not a big fan of cheesecake).

Music- The dj was also particularly good. She played a nice selection of stuff esp since everyone there was celebrating mostly valentines day.

Over all it was one of the most memorable and enjoyable experiences of my life. (I think my boyfriend also had a big part to do with that though :) ) we will be going again as both of us consider it one of the most romantic enjoyable evenings we've ever had.

The staff were very nice, and the meal was good, but the sailing time was shorter than discribed. Left marina late and come back sooner than the 2 1/2 or 3 hr sail time.

Great Time!

This was a lovely evening on the water, with a good meal. I can't say it's the best food I've ever had, but it's as good as something you might get at Olive Garden, and you get to eat while looking out over the water! I did wish that the ship would have gone a little farther, instead of going back and forth, but it was still nice. Some food items are extra, but the meal came with an excellent dessert. And the entertainment was good too!

WE CHOSE A WEEKDAY LUNCH CRUISE. THERE WERE ONLY ABOUT 16 DINERS WHICH WAS GREAT. THE FOOD, SELECTION, & SERVICE WERE VERY GOOD. THE CRUISE WAS SLIGHTLY SHORTER THAN WE EXPECTED (20-30 MIN.) PROBABLY DUE TO SLIGHTLY ROUGH SEAS IN THE GULF.

We had a fun time on the cruise despite the rainy weather. Our server, Sandy, was the best! She was happy and pleasant and had a great sense of humor. Great service, good food. The only thing that would've made it more enjoyable would have been sunny weather which would have allowed us to enjoy the upper deck and to be able to see the sunset in the gulf. But, in spite of that, we had a great time - loved the music and danced a little! Thanks for a fun time.

On Thanksgiving weekend, my husband and I had the opportunity to enjoy the most delicious food and cruise! We brought my sister from TX and my mother from TN to experience one of the happiest days! The staff was wonderful! My mother was in a wheel chair and they took the best care of her! The Chef, Bob Barfield was incredible. Every course of our lunch was delightful! The waiter 'Mike' kept us well fed and made us feel at home! Thank you for making this a sweet memory for our family! We will be back!!!!

The cruise was great! Beautiful weather and a real paddlewheel. The dining room was spacious and we had great view out the windows. Lots of seating available on the decks. The lunch was first class and service matched. The only downside was the speaker system, couldn't hear much out on the decks. This was one of the best gifts I've ever received.

Questions about Tampa Cruise

Question: We received an Experience Days gift certificate for a lunch cruise in Tampa. Will there be parking near the docks?

Answer: There is parking nearby and you can receive a half day parking permit from the ticket kiosk. The permits must be paid at the window and are not included in the price of the cruise.
Question: Does the ship used on the Tampa Sightseeing Cruise have wheelchair access?

Answer: Yes, but not all of the decks and bathrooms have wheelchair access. Be sure to let us know if someone in your party uses a wheelchair when requesting your reservation. Seating is preassigned if you choose to get a meal, so they'll need to know to insure you are seated on a handicapped accessible deck. You may make notes in the comments section under your date selection.
Question: I am thinking of surprising my boyfriend with his cruise. I would like for us to have dinner while aboard, but I am a vegetarian. Will they have options?

Answer: Yes, vegetarian options are available. If you have food allergies or other dietary restrictions, once on board, please notify your server.
Question: I am interested in purchasing the Tampa Sightseeing Cruise for my parents, will they be standing the entire time or will there be plenty of seating?

Answer: There is lounge seating throughout the Yacht, and on each deck. There is table seating within the cabin, and when making a reservation you will need to indicate whether or not you would like to purchase a meal in order for a table to be reserved for you. The seating is cruise style. The crew does their best to reserve every party their own table, however on busy days you may have to share a table with another couple. The tables unused by those having a meal are free for the rest of the guests to enjoy.
Question: Will they cancel the cruise for rain?

Answer: The cruise sails rain or shine. If the water is particular rough the ship may be held dockside but dinner will still be served. In cases of severe weather, like a hurricane, you will be rescheduled directly by the Cruise Ship Company.
Question: My parents gave my girlfriend and I this cruise. Is the meal included?

Answer: The cruise offers a 3 course menu for an additional price. It operates like a restaurant and you will pay for your meal after eating. Meal prices range from $25.00 to $40.00 per plate.
Question: Interested in purchasing this gift, are drinks included in the price of the cruise?

Answer: No, drinks may be purchased at the bar onboard the ship.
Question: Can I buy vouchers to cover their meals on the cruise?

Answer: Unfortunately vouchers are not available to cover meals on board the ship.
