It was a hands on class. There were six of us and we all helped with each course. We ate at a beautifully set dining room table. Everything was delicious and I found that I really do like eggplant. The class was well presented and we came home with lots of leftovers. I will probably use the rest of my gift certificate in the spring on another class at Chop, Wok and Talk.
