CHECK-IN TIME
You must check-in 30 minutes prior to the scheduled trip time. Tours depart on-time. No-shows or late arrivals will be bumped to the next trip after attempting to call you. A rescheduling fee may apply.
WHAT TO WEAR
Come dressed for the weather and be prepared for the elements.
- No skirts or dresses
- Guests with long hair should bring a hair tie or clip to pull their hair back.
- All eyewear should be secured.
- Guests must wear sturdy, closed-toe shoes or boots. Sandals, flip flops, slip-ons, barefoot running shoes, Tevas, Chacos and Crocs are NOT acceptable footwear.
WHAT TO BRING
- All sunscreen and bug repellent must be applied prior to the start of the tour and may not be reapplied once the harnesses and equipment have been put on.
- Necessary medications should be brought and will be a carried by a guide. Our courses traverse areas with limited access where advanced medical help could be some time away. Please bring with you all the medication that might be immediately necessary to prevent onset of a more serious condition such as asthma inhalers, nitroglycerin pills, EpiPens, insulin, etc.
- Please don't forget to tip your guides if you have a great time.
WHAT NOT TO BRING
- We love our furry friends too but unfortunately they can’t join us on tour. Please leave your pets at home.
- Tobacco products, alcohol, and drugs (this includes drugs legal in Colorado) are not allowed on the trip or on the grounds.
- Backpacks, hip sacks, and purses are not allowed on the tours.
- Cell phones are permitted on course, but please place your phone on airplane mode to prevent interruptions that could impact the wilderness experience others are seeking.
An Auto Gratuity of 15% will be added to bookings IF no tip is given to your Guide at the end of your tour. Please feel free to call us or email us if you have any further questions! We look forward to seeing you soon.
