To celebrate a recent landmark birthday, my family gave me an aerobatic biplane flight as a present. I have always been interested in anything that flies and have flown in an Ultralight, taken a aerobatic glider ride, done a tandem parachute jump, and reached beginner level paraglider pilot status. But this experience tops them all. The pilot was outstanding and talked me through spins, loops, hammerheads, Immelmann turns and more. Definitely a bucket list adventure.

This was a truly amazing experience. During the pre-flight briefing the pilot, illustrated the maneuvers we would be doing with a model airplane. When he said, "For this maneuver, you'll do...", he really got my attention. Turns out, I would be doing most of the flying! We did aileron rolls, loops, inverted flight, Immelmann turns and more. The airplane was a real treat to fly - like a Porsche in the air. I highly recommend this experience!

For a while now I’ve been wanting to get some hands on experience being in the cockpit of a plane and behind the controls, and it definitely did not disappoint. I got to go through the basics of flying a Cessna with my amazing instructor Carrie and had the time of my life. He was very clear and easy to understand with his instructions and was able to calm any nerves I had. If you are someone who has been wanting to take that first step and get some hands on experience with a plane, I say it’s a must to come see Carrie and go up in the sky with him! My personal favorite was the crawfish étouffée. Naif's background is in teaching and has taught internationally.
