Tuesday Night Classes offer an optional early session at from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM for no extra charge during which time you will practice knife skills and get a jump start on dinner.

Question: I received a gift certificate for the Cooking Courses in New York and am trying to schedule. Do I need to pick the dates for all 4 classes?

Answer: You only need to choose the date of your first class. Once your first class is confirmed you will receive the chef's contact information and can call to schedule your next 3 classes as well as make requests for menu items.
Question: What if the person I purchase this certificate for has a food allergy.

Answer: They can accommodate most food allergies and dietary restrictions. Once their reservation has been confirmed they may contact the chef and let her know about any restrictions and she will create the menu accordingly.
