Ending gave us all a

Our guide was terrific--so charming and knowledgeable--a real positive. The first 3 stops were wonderful but the last stop was beyond disappointing. Although the dessert was very good, we were expected to eat it (holding it in a napkin) standing in the street. Forget any possibility of having a cup of coffee--we didn't even get water. This was certainly an unfortunate way to end the tour and we left with "a bad taste". Because of this, my overall rating would not be good. Very poor planning on the part of the organization and I hope you make changes. You might also want to include the information regarding the stairs involved on the tour. Realize that this is something that is part of the wonderful old buildings but they would clearly be a problem for some people.
