I recently attended a cooking class with Karen Lee, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Karen took the time to connect with me beforehand, asking about my preferences and thoughtfully customizing the menu. The quality of the ingredients was top-notch, and I picked up so many valuable cooking tips. Everything we made turned out absolutely delicious! The next day, Karen sent beautiful photos of our dishes, adding a special touch to the whole experience. I highly recommend her classes to anyone looking for a fun and memorable cooking experience.

It was a real thrill to be on the track alone in the car. I could not understand my coach, but it didn't matter. I am a very aggressive and fearless driver. I really enjoyed the first 2 laps with pedal to the metal. The 3rd lap I caught up to the next driver and the governor kept me from passing. They set it up so you can't pass - no passing on the curve and they pull to the center on the straight so you can't get around plus if you try they turn the governor on. More time would have been a waste of money. They pulled me in on the 4th lap. I really enjoyed the first 2 and understand why they won't let you pass due to safety issues, even though they don't tell you. Would not repeat it, it was enough. I really enjoyed Dawn's coaching and personal touch. Thank you for the experience and opportunity.
