The Culinary Tours of Oakland are offered year-round, subject to availability. Uptown Oakland Tours are offered select Saturdays and typically begin at 3:00 PM, and the Temescale Tours are offered on Sundays and typically begin at 1100 AM.

What To Know Before You Go

Tours include 1- 1½ miles of walking. For most, the amount of food served is equivalent to a meal. Participants may bring a bottle of water or non-alcoholic beverage on the tour.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the experience no substitutions can be made, however dietary restrictions can be accommodated with advance notice. Locations visited on the tour are subject to change.

Gratuities for your tour guide are not included but are greatly appreciated and may be offered at the end of the event. You will have the opportunity to purchase additional food and beverages after the experience, therefore participants are urged to bring additional spending money and a bag to hold any purchases.

The Uptown Oakland Food Tours are limited to participants 21 years of age or older. All Participants MUST show a valid Photo ID.
