2021 is (finally) here!
As we say goodbye to a tumultuous and challenging year, we’re looking forward to improving our health in 2021.
Even though the future is uncertain, a new year is a great excuse to set goals, improve your habits and kick-start a healthy routine.
Below we’ve rounded up our favourite healthy and active experience days to encourage healthier habits in 2021 (in between eating Kraft singles straight out of the packet in front of Family Feud reruns, obviously. Life has to be balanced.)

The fun begins when you meet your local guide and are fitted with a bike and helmet. Once you are ready to roll, you will follow your friendly tour guide on an entertaining and informative three-hour tour of Washington.

Additional highlights include famous film locations, Hollywood history, plus views of Downtown LA, the Forest Lawn Mausoleum, Century City, Silver Lake, the LA River and more!

Once you have all of your gear, you and the rest of the group will head out to beginner level terrain and learn the skills you need to get moving across the snow. Classical Cross Country Skiing Lessons will go over the basics of the classic ski diagonal stride, how to turn, and how to negotiate small hills.
During the Skate-Ski Lessons you will learn the basics of weight transfer, edging on skate-skies, and V1 timing.
Flying Trapeze Class Las Vegas

New England Full Day Guided Hiking Trip

You’ll start in West Forks where you will meet with your friendly and experienced guide. This six-hour hiking adventure will start with a safety briefing before you and the rest of the guests climb in the vans to head to the starting point.
The Mosquito Mountain Adventure includes a leisurely 2 mile hike to the Peak of Mosquito Mountain, which has an elevation of 2,175 feet.
Once at the top, you will have the opportunity to enjoy the 360 degree panoramic views including Mosquito Pond, Moxie Pond, nearby Pleasant Pond Mountain, Sugarloaf and Mount Katahdin.
